# pulumi schema

- Check a package schema:

`pulumi schema check {{path/to/file}}`

- Check a package schema without failing if the reference to a type is missing:

`pulumi schema check --allow-dangling-references {{path/to/file}}`

- Display help:

`pulumi schema check {{[-h|--help]}}`
