# pulumi cancel

- Cancel a stack's currently running update, if any:

`pulumi cancel {{stack_name}}`

- Skip confirmation prompts, and proceed with cancellation anyway:

`pulumi cancel {{[-y|--yes]}}`

- Display help:

`pulumi cancel {{[-h|--help]}}`
