- Use the specified filtering mechanism:

`pammixinterlace {{[-f|-filter]}} {{linear|fir|ffmpeg}} {{path/to/image.ppm}} > {{path/to/output.ppm}}`

- Turn on adaptive filtering mode, i.e., only modify pixels that are obviously part of a comb pattern:
