# pip lock
|

- Generate a `pylock.toml` for the current project:
|
|
|
|
`pip lock {{[-e|--editable]}} .`
|
|
|

- Lock dependencies from a requirements file:

`pip lock {{[-r|--requirement]}} {{path/to/requirements.txt}}`
|
|
|
|
- Specify a custom output file for the lock:
|
|
|
|
