- Create a new user:

|

- Create a new user with the specified user ID:

- Create a new user with the specified shell:
|
|
|
|
`sudo useradd {{-s|--shell}} {{path/to/shell}} {{username}}`
|

- Create a new user belonging to additional groups (mind the lack of whitespace):
