refactor(tmux): update keybindings for pane nav and copy mode

Browse Source 
Switch pane navigation from Alt-arrow to Ctrl-arrow (Alt doesn't
work reliably on Linux). Add copy-mode-vi clipboard bindings and
C-p/C-n for window switching.
