- Guard brew shellenv in fish config with test -x for Linux compat
- Pin Python to 3.13 with compile=true (freethreaded builds broken)

- Simplify Dotbot: force-relink mise config, targeted ~/.local clean,
remove fzf custom linking (now via standard ~/.config/ glob)
- Fix lint gate hook to find yarn via mise shims
Guard vim/vi → nvim aliases with type -q nvim check so they only
activate when nvim is installed. Add ls/ll/l/lsa fallbacks when eza
is not installed. Add brew shellenv fish eval in config.fish.
Update fisher to v4.4.8 with uninstall alias and rate limit
handling. Add catppuccin/fish plugin, consolidate Latte theme
into Mocha as light/dark variants, and add Frappe and Macchiato
themes. Set Catppuccin Mocha as the default theme in config.
