Ismo Vuorinen 873eb5d652 fix(git): use XDG path for host excludesfile ...

Point excludesfile to ~/.config/git/overrides/ignore instead of
~/.dotfiles/config/git/overrides/ignore for consistency with the
Dotbot-installed symlink layout.
