Add a English translation of the code of conduct
Adds a pretty direct English translation of the Finnish Code of Conduct text. This is needed because there are the occassional new non-Finnish speaking new member joining Koodiklinikka and sometimes they need the Code of Conduct in English. (tupsu did grammatical and semantical corrections to the text.)
